RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We stand behind the quality of our production. Because our catalog consists almost entirely of bespoke products, standard returns apply strictly to non-customized, off-the-shelf items (e.g., blank display hardware, unbranded accessories). For these rare non-custom items, you are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase from printingshop.cy is strictly required for all transactions.

  • Exchanges for non-custom hardware are subject to warehouse stock availability.

REFUNDS

THE PROCESS

Once your eligible return is received and inspected at our Limassol facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

LATE REFUNDS

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it frequently takes 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted to your statement.

PRINTING & SHIPPING ERRORS

We employ rigorous quality control. However, in the rare event of a verified printing error on our part (e.g., incorrect material used, severe print misalignment) or physical damage during transit, Printingshop.cy assumes full responsibility for an immediate reprint or correction.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED

Defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your order number alongside high-resolution photography of the external packaging and the damaged/defective prints to our support team.

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All custom print jobs, bespoke dimensions, and personalized garments are strictly final sale. Because these items are manufactured uniquely for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless a structural manufacturing defect is proven. Printingshop.cy is not legally or financially liable for customer-generated errors. This includes, but is not limited to: typographical or grammatical errors, poor image quality from low-resolution file uploads, incorrect size selections, or missing bleed lines in customer-supplied artwork. It is the customer's sole responsibility to thoroughly review their digital proofs and files prior to submission.
