1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to Printingshop.cy. This website is operated by F.F. Refills LTD (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a registered company operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Printingshop.cy, you (the "User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our printing services.

2. ARTWORK, PROOFING, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Our business relies on the files you provide. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all submitted artwork, designs, and text are 100% correct before placing an order.

• Typographical and Design Errors: F.F. Refills LTD is not legally or financially liable for errors in customer-submitted files, including but not limited to: spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, incorrect dates/numbers, poor image quality (low resolution/pixelation), missing fonts, missing bleeds, or incorrect cut lines.

• Final Approval: Submitting an order constitutes your final approval of the artwork. Once an order enters the production queue, no further changes can be made, and the order cannot be canceled.

3. COLOR MATCHING & PRINT VARIANCE

Due to the inherent differences between digital screen displays (which use RGB color modes) and physical printing presses (which use CMYK ink), F.F. Refills LTD cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match between your digital screen and the final printed product.

• Industry Standards: Slight color variations are a standard occurrence in the printing industry. Such variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect and will not warrant a refund or a free reprint.

4. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INDEMNIFICATION

We respect intellectual property rights and require our customers to do the same. By uploading artwork, logos, photographs, or any other media to Printingshop.cy, you legally warrant that you possess full copyright, trademark rights, or written legal authorization to reproduce the material.

• Indemnification: F.F. Refills LTD assumes no liability for copyright infringement or intellectual property violations stemming from customer-supplied artwork. You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold F.F. Refills LTD harmless from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or legal fees resulting from the unauthorized reproduction of protected materials.

• Right of Refusal: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to print any material we deem illegal, highly offensive, defamatory, or a potential copyright/trademark violation.

5. PRODUCTION TIME, SHIPPING, AND DELAYS

All production and delivery times quoted on Printingshop.cy are estimates, not guarantees.

• Courier Liability: Once a package is handed over to our designated courier or shipping partner, F.F. Refills LTD is no longer liable for delays, misrouting, or transit times.

• Missed Deadlines: We are not responsible for missed event deadlines or financial losses resulting from production delays, equipment failure, or third-party shipping delays.

6. OVER AND UNDER RUNS

In commercial and bulk printing, slight variations in the final delivered quantity can occur during the quality control and cutting processes. F.F. Refills LTD adheres to the international printing industry standard of a 5% over/under run. If your delivered order is within 5% (more or less) of the requested quantity, the order is considered legally complete and fulfilled. No partial refunds will be issued for minor shortages within this margin.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because the majority of our products are manufactured to your exact specifications, they have no resale value.

• Strict Non-Refundable Policy: All bespoke and customized print jobs are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless a structural manufacturing defect is proven (e.g., incorrect paper stock used, severe machinery malfunction).

• Defect Reporting: Any claims for manufacturing defects or shipping damage must be made in writing, accompanied by clear photographs, within 48 hours of delivery.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall F.F. Refills LTD, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of business, loss of revenue, lost profits, or missed deadlines.

• Maximum Liability: In the event of a legally verified claim, F.F. Refills LTD’s maximum financial liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the specific printed item in dispute.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

F.F. Refills LTD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe a customer's conduct violates these Terms and Conditions, is abusive to our staff, or is harmful to our business interests.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from this agreement or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
